About Your Psychologist
Paul Lan is a dedicated Educational & Developmental Psychologist with over two decades of experience working with children and young people. His expertise lies in developmental disorder assessment, intervention, therapeutic group programs, and staff training.
Paul currently balances a part-time practice with his role as Senior School Psychologist for the Department for Education, Children & Young People. He is also a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS.
Paul embraces the Social Model of disability, which emphasises societal barriers rather than individual limitations. He focuses on strengths and promotes a positive self-identity for individuals with disabilities.
